Bathroom a little bit too small and more storage for clothes as we were living out of our suitcases no room to put stuff. The lifts tend to be slow

Immaculate, spacious and well equipped. Lots of room for a family and luggage. Washer dryer just outside our room was very useful.

New, fairly small hotel, run more like a hotel apartment (one member of staff is generally around from 9am to 9pm, after that the hotel door is locked and can be unlocked with a code). Breakfast is not offered on site, but a modest breakfast is offered a couple of blocks away, if from quite late (7.30 am), so it won’t suit people who have booked excursions, trains or flights and must leave early. Rooms are modern, if the design / look has been given more relevance than making them practical, so quite a few aspects do not really work. The corner rooms with a small coffee table and chair, and windows all along were atrociously hot, so I had to insist being moved, as the air con was not strong enough and you couldn’t breathe in the room - quite literally. After pushing quite hard, and decling to pay extra for the different room, I was moved anyway. Staff are all quite young and polite. Hotel is near Namba station and convenient particularly for the Kintetsu line and the subway.
